Meet Nicole Copare
Certified Trainer, Health Coach and Golf Fitness Instructor
Nicole has 20 years experience in the health and wellness field with a diverse background in personal training, golf fitness, rehabilitation, weight management, pre and post natal and sport specific training.
She loves helping others make lifestyle changes and achieve goals they never thought possible by helping many clients with weight loss through diet and exercise, running 5K’s or marathons and competing in triathlons.
She focuses on making every workout fun, personalized and different at each session. Every workout session incorporates a variety of techniques that focus on functional fitness exercises, which include circuit-style strength and cardio training, core stability training and plyometrics. A variety of fitness tools are used such as stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU, TRX and free weights.
Nicole has competed in multiple marathons and half-marathons as well as numerous 5k / 10k races and sprint triathlons.

Bachelors in Liberal Studies focusing on Education and Communications with a Minor in Health, University of Central Florida
Nicole customizes workouts for all ages; with clients from pre-teen to early 90’s. She has an extensive background training older adults and has several clients in their 80s and 90s. She also worked with an orthopedic surgeon doing post-operative rehabilitation.
She developed an after-school youth exercise and nutrition program that was implemented in 21 Orange and Osceola elementary and middle schools and received state funding.
Nicole possess the knowledge needed to lead clients to long-term weight management success through a balance of behavior change strategies, exercise and nutrition. By focusing on eating a nutritious, well-balanced diet, she will guide you on how to make healthier choices while still living your life.
